What just happened?

I tried to purchase a voice morphing package. It refunded my 750 L and gave me the following message: "Sorry, there was a problem activating your new voice font pack at this time, please try again later. Refunding your money."

This has been going on for over a month. I just installed the current version of Firestorm, but it still doesn't work.

What were you doing when it happened?

Sorry, there was a problem activating your new voice font pack at this time, please try again later. Refunding your money.

What were you expecting to happen instead?

In the past I was able to activate one of several voice morphs. It worked well.

Hi Day,

There is a known issue with Voice Morphs and this report duplicates BUG-226057. The problem started on 12/26/2018 and a fix is being tested presently.
