What just happened?

for days now cannot send gifts on marketplace keeps sending message:
So sorry to keep you waiting. We'll be right back!
We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly.

I have support tickets out there and was advised to file a bug report

What were you expecting to happen instead?

for the gifts to be sent to party I requested

please advise what to do its been days now have contacted you all via phone and all I get is file a report well I have. plus that day that it began I was able to send gifts then later on was no longer able to

I wish I could I went to the owners of each store explained what happened I had them personally send gifts and I paid them directly. this is getting crazy and to call you all is a joke no one wants to help do I need to never buy from marketplace again. I can buy for me but cant send gifts I see others having same issues. been 4-5 days now

WHY IS THIS NOT ASSIGNED TO ANYONE, ANY RESPONSES YOU SEND WITH LINKS FOR ME TO OPEN MAKES NO SENSE AND TO GET HELP VIA PHONE NONE...….COME ON NOW I SPEND LOTS ON MARKETPLACE WHY CANT YOU RESPOND HOW ITS BEING FIXED, APPARENTLY THERE ARE OTHERS WITH SAME PROBLEM

ACCORDING TO SHRINKS COMMENT SHE/HE WANTS LINKS? PLEASE DEAR GOD I ALREADY WENT TO OWNERS OF THE STORES AND PAID THEM DIRECTLY AND THEY SENT GIFTS FOR ME THIS IS UNHEARD OF AND SHOULD NOT BE

MESSED ME UP THOUGHT IT WAS FIXED BOUGHT A BIRTHDAY CARD 5 MINS AGO FOR BPYFRIEND SPECIFIED GIFT TO JER RAGU AND FOR GOD SAKE SENT IT TO ME WHAT A DAM WASTE OF TIME AND LINDENS I AM FURIOUS LEADING ME TO THINK ITS FIXED WHAT THE HECK IS THE PROBLEM HEERE
