Steps to Reproduce

• Login on the EEP viewer to a region running Snack.

• Create any sky environment where the sun scale is small enough to fit inside the sun glow.

• For example: You can God-apply (can Lindens do this via UUID for EEP settings?) sky enviroment 9afe219d-fb0d-f4ee-5785-a0582e54dab3, which is shown in the attached image.

  Observed Behaviour

• The sun is not centered in the middle of the sun glow. The sun is too low down.

• See attached image - Yellow disc is the sun texture, white disc is the sun glow.

  Expected behaviour

  The sun should be bang in the middle of the sun glow.
