Examine how alpha blended textures render at different camera angles when ALM is both enabled & disabled.
Bug reproduces with any sky environment - for example you can test with World -> Environment -> Midday.
Observed Behaviour
On the EEP viewer, when ALM is enabled, alpha blended textures will render mostly black at certain (most) camera angles.
On the EEP viewer, when ALM is disabled, alpha blended textures render as expected & they match how alpha blended textures look on legacy viewers when ALM is both enabled & disabled.
This bug does not reproduce for alpha masked textures.

2 default boxes with texure bb839549-6011-6040-c809-34af2bb6bea2, one set to alpha blended & one set to alpha masked.
Sun set to midday, water on default on both EEP & Legacy.
Fig 3 - EEP viewer, ALM enabled - the alpha blended texture renders much too dark.
Fig 4 - EEP viewer, ALM disabled - alpha blend & mask match in shading at the same camera angle but the blended texture is still affected by the sun direction, just not as severely as when ALM is enabled.
Alpha blended eyebrows on my mesh head, alpha blended tattoo on my mesh body & alpha blended hairbase.
Sun set to midday, water on default on both EEP & legacy.
Fig 7 - EEP viewer, ALM enabled - WTF happened to my eyebrows! Hair base side is black, freckles on tattoo are much too dark.
Fig 8 - EEP viewer, ALM disabled - Alpha blended textures render @Correctly@ but the shading is really ugly on everything if you compare it to the legacy viewer when ALM is disabled.
Expected Behaviour
The EEP viewer should render alpha blended textures correctly when ALM is enabled.
