Steps to Reproduce

  • Apply a moon texture to a sky environment that needs alpha blending to display correctly.

  • Example texture attached.

    Observed Behaviour

  • Moon textures with transparency appear to be using alpha masking, not alpha blending, so moon textures that need alpha blending or a mask cutoff do not render correctly.

  • See Fig 1 attached.

    Expected Behaviour

    Allow the moon texture to use alpha blending or add the ability to set a cutoff mask for the alpha masked moon texture.

Fixed in Second Life Project EEP 5.1.10.521639 (64bit)
