I made a new sky, adjusted the settings, got to 'cloud detail' section and lost all previous adjustments. Further adjustment did not bring the clouds back and they take on a kind of odd 1970s look!
What were you doing when it happened?
Experimenting with the new EEP test viewer
What were you expecting to happen instead?
I'm not sure as it's a test viewer and it's the first time I've used it

Gif shows something different then the reported bug.
Gif shows rendering region environment (at secondlife://Aditi/secondlife/EEPTesting/236/62/23).
Then opening a water environment in the editor.
Observed: when water setting is loaded into the editor, the sky environment changes to some odd mish mash settings.
Can repro this on Second Life Project EEP 5.1.10.520419 (64bit)
