Observe how the water renders when ALM is enabled & disabled.
Any water environment will reproduce the bug - the default water is fine.
Any sky environment will reproduce the bug to a certain extent, but I left an "anyone can copy" box containing "BUG-225490 test" sky at secondlife://Aditi/secondlife/EEPTesting/239/58/23, which makes the bug really obvious.
Apply the BUG-225490 test sky (just applying locally is fine) & look at how the water renders close to and far away from the region border
Observed Behaviour
When ALM is enabled, the water does not render correctly - there is a very obvious change of water tone between the water close to the region border & the water further in the distance.
See Fig 1 attached.
When ALM is disabled, the water tone matches right into the distance.
See Fig 2 attached.
Expected Behaviour
There should be no visible seam in the water rendering when ALM is enabled.
