Steps To Reproduce

  • Login to a parcel that you own.

  • Go to World -> Environment ->My Environments.

  • Attempt to apply an environment to your parcel by right click -> Apply to parcel.

  • Open Inventory & go to Settings system folder.

  • Attempt to apply an environment to parcel by right click -> Apply to Parcel.

    Observed Behaviour

  • You cannot apply an environment to your parcel, the option is greyed out.

  • See attached images.

  • Go to World -> About Land.

  • Once About land floater has populated, you can then apply environments to the parcel.

  • No matter how long you wait after logging in, you cannot apply an environment to your parcel until you have opened World -> About Land during that session.

    Expected Behaviour

The viewer should recognize that you have rights to EEP on the parcel before you open About Land.

    Other Information

This does not reproduce for "Apply to region".
That option is available immediately after login as long as you are an EM/EO.

Still reproduces on Second Life Project EEP 5.1.9.519555 (64bit)
