On top of their standard behavior, parcels that have ban lines active or block object entry should have a collision enabled "hull" at the parcel edge to allow vehicles to simply collide with it and be deflected, instead of the rather nasty behavior they currently have.
The second point would be to allow the viewer to display for its user ALL the parcels that he is currently barred from entry and to also display parcels that represent a danger for vehicles (no script/no object entry)
Why is this feature important to you? How would it benefit the community?
While people shouldn't expect to be allowed on private land, the ban lines typically appear too late for any vehicle driver to correct course.
The current way ban lines "resolve" the situation is overkill considering all the land owner wants is to prevent entry into his property, that's really what ban lines should strive to do and should do as cleanly as possible.
