Allow merchants to set a dedicated store manager (a secondary avatar) whom is able to perform the following functions:
a - once an item has been uploaded by the merchant inworld: the store manager can access the listing by logging onto marketplace. Can complete all listing information including upload of images and all editable fields then set the listing to be active.
b - a extra section in the merchant portal of the marketplace so merchants can add a store manager. I suggest they can have more than 1 manager for elements such as holiday cover.
c - an extra section for store managers who can be permissioned to manage multiple stores so they can see what stores they are managers for and use the link there to access the store edit menu.
Why is this feature important to you? How would it benefit the community?
1 - We discussed this on Facebook, and for many of the larger merchants doing store admin cuts into a huge amount of our time/effort. However, if we can hire people there is there a secondary economy in those who can perform these services (e.g. if we want to overhaul all our images in MP for example - we can hire a store manager to do this). By allowing us to delegate some of our workflow we can create more, those who don't create can earn extra Lindens, and if you wanted to think Premium/Concierge revenue you could create a fee for each store manager we add.

Store managers can take item from this shared folder, work on it then save it back to the shared folder - it would restrict saving back to an ordinary folder in their own inventory - any avatars permissioned to that folder can access it as an editor. - the creator of the shared folder can also remove permission unless they designate the other avatars as owners (think how groups work in \r\nSL). The concept here would be so collaborators can do things such as (a) set up vendors (b) share workflow in world e.g. one creates the mesh, one adds the scripts and textures etc, perms remain as is without people having to make things full perms and pass back and forth. Think Dropbox shared folders concept.\r\n\r\n',

SL inventory has always been one of the more challenging aspects I have found, and bringing some of it into more modern approaches like a dropbox format would really allow us to expand creation capabilities (would also be nice to have a web front end to that but I don't want to over ask!).
