Steps to Reproduce

I listed 2 items then when I went to list the 3rd I received the above error message. All old listings and out of stock item folders are deleted. I have less than 1000 items listed on Marketplace

Actual Behavior

The transaction with the Marketplace failed with the following error -
Each Marketplace store can have a maximum of 20000 listings. Delete old listings to stay below this value

Expected Behavior

I was hoping to carry on listing

Have you deleted a lot of listing previously? Currently there is a known issue that deleted listings are counting for the total allowed. Unfortunately we do not yet have an eta for the fix. If that's not the case, let me know and we'll look into it further.

I Have probably deleted thousands of old listings as I've been listing items on marketplace since 2015. I would appreciate a fix as soon as possible.

Hi Rhiana, We are aware of this issue but this is not something we will be able to get to anytime soon. My suggestion would to use an alt and create another store.
