We can troubleshoot there and try to get to the bottom of this.  Some questions that we will ask:\r\n\r\n* Is this only happening in a particular location? Can you try to log in to a different starting location?\r\n\r\n* Is this only happening on a particular account? Can you log in and stay logged in on an alt?\r\n\r\n* Which viewer can you use to log in successfully? Is that to the same location and with the same avatar that fails on the SL Viewer?\r\n\r\nThank you! See you in Jira! \r\n\r\ni am answering the question , \r\n yes i can lot in on my main Starry Little with NP\r\n\r\ni also can log in with FS np but i have been using sl viewer since day one , idk how to use FS lol\r\n\r\nso yes only on keviinsnow\r\n\r\ni even try , using 3 different internet , my dls , my parent concast  and hotspot ,\r\n\r\nall got no problem on my main starry Little\r\n\r\nbut kept disconnecting me on Keviinsnow ,\r\n\r\ni would have to keep trying 10 , 20 time before i am able to stay on',
