Steps to Reproduce

My item has been unlisted from my shop but I didn't received any money to my account and there weren't any message who bought my item

Actual Behavior

I received this message:
Dear Yarco Starostin,

We have unlisted one or more of your listings because the last unit was sold. You will either need to add more units to the stock folder in the Marketplace Listings folder using the viewer, or you will need to increase the unit count by editing the Marketplace listing. Here are the affected listings:

Listing Name: http://marketplace.secondlife.com/merchants/227679/store/products/12948939/edit

I openned a case
A new case has been created

Case: 02556834

after some time I received info on my mail:
We have unlisted one or more of your listings because the last unit was sold. You will either need to add more units to the stock folder in the Marketplace Listings folder using the viewer, or you will need to increase the unit count by editing the Marketplace listing. Here are the affected listings:

None of your other listings are impacted at this time.

Money never came to me as well as no information in my MP billing history.
The price for it was 2500 and I don't understand why it was sold with no additional information on my profile

Hi All!

In order to try to group the reports and issues into one thread, I have merged 3 threads that were reporting the same issues with the missing Product Listings into the oldest one.

There is an update posted to the SL Grid Status Report page, located here:

Unfortunately, at this time, there is no information to report, other than the teams are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If you have not yet received a reply to your Support Case/Ticket, we beg your patience while we work through the cases. If your ticket was inadvertently closed without a reply, please feel free to re-open it at any time.

Today there are new reports that this is happening again - listings that were fine yesterday have become unassociated today.
