Steps to Reproduce

I create clothing for mesh bodies and need to wear the bodies to test the clothing with. Any item that has been changed, or newly acquired will not wear on the avatar in the Beta Grid. This is happening with multiple types of items. Clothing items, Objects and Shapes. I am not a programmer by any means, but it seems that the inventory 'matching' system that is in place now, is showing the items in the inventory, but the items is not in the Beta database.

Actual Behavior

I noticed this issue started after the unscheduled maintenance that occurred on May 10th. All newly acquired or recently altered items in the Main SL Grid will populate to the Beta Grid Inventory, however it will not wear.

Expected Behavior

I was expecting the items to wear.

Other information

I have tested this on the SL Official Viewer and the Firestorm Viewer. I have tested this on multiple accounts, in multiple regions, and the result is the same.

I'm having the same problem on Aditi today using Second Life 4.0.4 (314579) Apr 26 2016 17:54:49 (Second Life Release).

All my new Aditi assets merged over from Agni are missing from database.
Example: When attempting to open my latest notecards from inventory - none will load & I get the missing from database error - http://prnt.sc/b4izz9

2016-05-16T01:59:12Z INFO: LLFloater::openFloater: Opening floater preview notecard full path: /main_view/menu_stack/world_panel/Floater View/preview notecard

Reproduces no matter which Aditi region I login to.
Reproduces on both LL viewer and Firestorm.
Still reproduces after a cache clear.

I have the same problem too, but I have noticed it doesn't only happen with newly acquired objects and it's pretty random. I.E. some objects will add, some won't.
What worked for me was to find the boxed item, unpack it again and wear it and it worked. Sadly, I don't have a boxed backup of all the items I need to test the clothes I am working on.

I am having the same issue. It has been within the last week. It seems to be adding/wearing mesh, for me at least, that is already in my inventory. I can wear alpha layers but not actual mesh. I have found one mesh body that will wear, but no others. Even some new mesh items I tested on the beta grid a week ago will not wear now. They don't highlight, I get no message. I CAN however upload a new item and wear it. I fetched inventory yesterday via the beta grid but it didn't help. Cache clear ect, no help. The official SL viewer has not been on this current pc. Today I downloaded the latest viewer and installed, no help. Same thing. I can wear mesh items I created over a month ago, but noting recent. Which seems odd because 2 of the mesh bodies I am currently tying to wear are older than that.

DoC, it sounds like the same issue I described. Only the mesh bodies that I have not worn in the Main grid recently will wear in the beta grid. I was able to wear my Mens Slink body two days ago because I have not used it in a while. I created a items for it, and was able to work with it in the Beta Grid. That same day I used the same body in the SL Main grid to take pictures for the advertisement, and they next day.. I can't wear the body in the Beta Grid Now. It is not just mesh bodies, its all objects that have been newly acquired in the Main Grid, or items that have recently been worn in the Main Grid. Objects, Clothing Layers, Alphas, Shapes, Skins.. everything, even note cards. I originally thought that it was a account only issue, but I tested this theory on alt accounts. Items were working fine for them, but I logged them into the Maid Grid, and wore a variety of items. The next day.. those same items will not wear in the Beta Grid. Dan Linden Marked this bug as needs more information. Dan.. If you are needing additional information from me, please let me know what you are needing and I can provide it for you.

Jareon, that makes since. The mesh bodies I was trying to wear had been worn recently on the main grid. One of them had not been and that's the one that worked on the beta. Also makes since for the items I have created in the past but not worn on the main grid recently.

I'm having the same issue as noted above, including the usable unworn-for-a-while mesh body. Had it yesterday (19th May) and today. Don't know about earlier than that because I was wearing something else.

I was trying to wear the mesh body to fit what I was making to it. It would not attach or rez on the ground. I discovered by chance that an older copy (not used for a while on the main grid) was usable.

Any ideas on this? I have some things I need to test next week and really hate to spend $ on the main grid testing.

I put in a ticket also. Whitney Linden was kind enough to reset my inventory in the Aditi grid. However that still has not fixed the problem. All items that I have worn or altered in the SL main Grid since May 10th are not usable. Can not rez them, and can not wear them.
