Paste something via "Cmd-V"(Mac) or Ctrl-V(Windows).
Actual Behavior
Using Safari on a Mac, every time I paste something into a forum post, the cursor moves to the top of the text, rather than being at the end of the pasted text. This does NOT happen when using Firefox. This is a fairly recent development, and is also being reported by others using different web browsers under Windows. It does appear to be browser dependent for me, and for those running Windows.
Expected Behavior
I expected the cursor to be placed at the end of the pasted text.
After pasting text into a forum post via "Cmd-V", the cursor moves to the top of the post.

A related problem occurs with the Microsoft Edge browser (supplied with Windows 10). Using that browser, I simply cannot paste anything into a post that I'm writing. Ctrl-v should do it but all it does is pop up a box telling me to use ctrl-v/cmd-v, which are the exact keys (ctrl-v) that I'm using. Ctrl-v works everywhere else for me but not in the forum, and I've had to revert to using IE11 just for the forum, and Edge for everything else.
Steps to Reproduce
Paste something via "Cmd-V"(Mac) or Ctrl-V(Windows).
