Steps to Reproduce

• Add some timed parcel bans to a parcel you own using LlAddToLandBanList

• Alternatively, you can test at these parcels, which always have a lot of timed parcel bans active:

  • http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/London%20City/79/235/24
  • http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Shiromani/75/72/35

• Wipe viewer cache & relog.
  (You only actually have to delete the name cache files out of cache to reproduce: http://prntscr.com/98ysqt).

• Go to a parcel with timed parcel bans & open World -> About Land -> Access Tab.

• Observe the remaining ban times in the Banned Residents list.

  Observed Behaviour

• You will see the ban times flash up briefly and then disappear and then the list of banned avatar names will load without displaying their remaining ban times.

• See Fig 1 attached.

• Close and reopen the About Land floater -> Access Tab.

• The remaining ban times will then display correctly.

• See Fig 2 attached.

• Once you have the banned avatars names cached, their ban times will display on first opening of the About Land floater each session.

• Bug will reproduce for any parcel ban list showing timed bans if you do not yet have the banned avatars names cached.

  Expected Behaviour

  Parcel ban times should display correctly for uncached names as they did on earlier viewer versions.

• Suspected cause: MAINT-4824 Feature Request: Tooltip for entries in parcel access lists and ban lists.
