Steps to Reproduce

• First verify expected camming behaviour.

• Make sure "Always run is disabled under Me -> Movement.

• Rez a default box and sit on it.

• Observe that when you use the left & right arrow keyboard keys, the camera rotates.

• Observe that when you use the up & down arrow keyboard keys, the camera zooms in & out.

• This is expected behaviour.

• Stand up from the box.

• Enable "Always Run" under Me -> Movement (or use CTRL+R).

• Sit back down on the box.

• Move camera view with the keyboard arrow keys.

  Observed Behaviour

• Using the up & down arrow keys to zoom camera does not work.

• Using the left & right arrow keys does still turn the camera as expected.

• Bug reproduces if Always Run is enabled before sitting or during sitting.

  Expected Behaviour

• Camming when sitting down should work as expected when Always Run is enabled.

  Something in the batch of 3.7.27.300636 Maint fixes caused it.
  Suspect the fix for MAINT-4682 Viewer won't clear AGENT_ALWAYS_RUN while sitting
