[BUG-10403] [Valhalla] Problem with Media Plugin on Linux build #733

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Clear user setting (delete folder .secondlife).
  2. Login to Linux test build http://automated-builds-secondlife-com.s3.amazonaws.com/hg/repo/viewer-cef_viewer-cef/rev/305649/index.html.
  3. Open "Search" floater or paste to the chat https://www.secondlife.com and opened link in build-in browser.
  4. Verify that browser displays correct information.
  5. Log out and start viewer again but does not login.
  6. Verify that web content on login page loaded correctly.

Actual Behavior

Message appears: "No Media Plugin was found to handle the "text/html" mime type. Media of this type will be unavailable.". Any media does not works (url in build-in browser, media on a prim, login page web content and other).

Expected Behavior

All media should works.

Other information

Floater with message "No Media Plugin was found..." can not close. "OK" button not clickable.
