Steps to Reproduce

• Login to an Aditi region with an account that does not have permission to upload mesh yet on Aditi.

• Go to Build -> Upload Model -> Choose any dae file on your computer.

• At the bottom of the mesh upload preview window you will see NOTE: You don't have rights to upload mesh models. Find out how to get certified.

• Click the Find out how link.

  Observed Behaviour

• The Find out how link opens https://secondlife.aditi.lindenlab.com/my/account/ip/index.php

• On this page you need to add payment information for Aditi before you can accept the IP Terms.

• The cashier does not work on Aditi so you are unable to enter any payment information at https://cashier.aditi.lindenlab.com/addpaypal (Paypal) or https://cashier.aditi.lindenlab.com/addpm (credit card).

• Therefore you cannot accept the IP Terms at https://secondlife.aditi.lindenlab.com/my/account/ip/index.php

  Expected Behaviour

• The "Find out how" link should be changed to https://secondlife.aditi.lindenlab.com/my/account/ip/accept.php on Aditi.

• See Fig 2 attached.

• On Aditi, you do not need payment info on file to upload mesh, you just need to accept the IP Terms.

• Making this change will save the endless questions about how to upload mesh on Aditi when users go to the "Find out how" link & try to add their payment info to accept the IP Terms.
  Linked a couple of forum threads where this is already causing confusion.

  I updated http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Preview_Grid#Uploading_Mesh_on_Aditi with the working link.
