PJIRA is a tool for residents to file bug reports and new features requests.
(The "P" stands for Public.) An overview and common questions about PJIRA
can be found in the Instructions.
PJIRA is not for technical support, so please
do not enter issues which would require a response
tailored to your individual situation. Examples include:
"I have a question about the land I bought; I have questions
about my tier"
"I keep crashing!"
"Someone stole my L$"
Contact Support
for time-sensitive issues specific to your individual account.
HOW TO SEARCH
HOW TO SUBMIT A BUG Note: This video is being updated.

READY TO BEGIN?
First, please use the Quick Search feature to verify if there’s
already an issue opened for this issue before submitting a new one. The
Quick Search button can be found in the top right corner of this page.
If you find one that covers your problem, please add your experience
there instead of opening a duplicate issue. Duplicate issues make it slower
for us to review unique problems.
Didn’t find your issue?
So you’ve searched PJIRA and you can’t find what you’re
looking for? You may be the first person to experience this or have a
new idea! It’s time to open a new Issue. Not sure how to do this?
The video at right will help you navigate your way through your first report.
Important things to remember
Your Computer Environment – This provides us with essential
information, like your Operating System; how much
memory you have and what type of Video card you are using. Not sure
where to get this? Anytime Second Life is open, just go to Help menu > About Second Life... There,
you will see all the details of your machine. You can copy and paste it into the “Environment” field
when filing your Issue.
“Just the facts Ma’am” – It’s very
frustrating when something doesn’t work the way you expect it!
Linden Lab wants to know what you are experiencing. Please use the Description
field to give us a detailed step-by-step account of what you are seeing/experiencing/requesting.
Does this happen every time you’re inworld? Does this happen on
every region you visit? What were you doing when you experienced this?
Reporting a bug is like giving street directions. If a friend can
follow them, it’s likely we can too!
Check back to your Issues– Too often, people file reports
and forget about them. Sadly, they often miss follow up questions, suggestions
and input from other residents. When there is activity on your issue, you
will be notified at the same email account that is registered on your Second Life account. Please check in from time to time and let us know
if anything has changed for you.
