 Description  « Hide
Guys,

The Refer-a-Friend form that you have on the website (https://secure-web19.secondlife.com/community/referral_form.php) sends anonymous messages; when the friend receives it, the sender's name is "no-reply". My RL name isn't displayed anywhere.

So people that do not know I sent them an invitation will probably not even open it. The subject and content use my Av name "meet <SL Name> in Second Life!" The only way to have my RL name in the message is to put it in the optional comment.

As a result none of the friends I invited signed up.

You should fix it so it says my real name in the sender's name and say "Meet <Real Name> in Second Life!" That's more logical since they probably do not know my AV's name yet. and then in the description, the SL name would be displayed with the proper explanation. Remember these ARE newbies; most of those have never heard of SL.

Jed
