DIsallowing unvote for resolved/closed issues bloats our vote lists with issues we dont care about anymore and we cant remove them! Does LL want to keep archives of who voted? Icant think of any other reason why.

you can run a query if you want just the unresolved issues. there's no way to configure jira to allow for changing votes on resolved issues. there's already a feature request on jira.atlassian.com requesting allowing for voting on resolved issues, which if implemented properly would allow for unvoting too.

If you want to Unvote resloved issues, Reopen them, Unvote, then Reclose.
