For some reason, when I visit wiki.secondlife.com, my IP address is shown as 192.168.200.118, while other websites display it correctly.

No, I don't have a proxy enabled, and the IP address in question isn't on my LAN, so I've no idea where it came from.

wow that's odd. Maybe it's an IP from the network that the wiki's server is on's internal lan which would be quite interesting if it were the case.

I cannot reproduce this, it shows my (correct) ip.
Maybe it is solved by now, or it only appears at specific conditions?
