There are no place for kids on the main SL grid - yes, we heard that.
Join Teens from all over the globe in Teen Second Life - a 3D virtual world created by you and for you.
Yes, we heard that too.
But my question is simple. How can a kid register to the Teen when not a US citizen? Because when asking for the identity it offers PayPal or phone provider, but no choice for phone provider outside the US. Needless to say that PayPal is also not accepting every banks.
So, is there a third way for teens to get in where they belongs to or they must use the main grid in secret?

In the UK you receive a National Insurance Number at the age of 16, you can drive and have a drivers license at the age of 17 and then there are bank accounts, National Health Service (NHS) Numbers, I am sure atleast some of these could be used to verify a childe is really under 18, the UK needs to be able to get teens onto the Teen grid and there are many ways to do so, it could be a huge step.

There are currently no plans for additional registration methods for Teen Second Life

As you can probably tell I am become very annoyed.

This problem NEEDS TO BE SORTED.

Not filed away under "Cannot be fixed"

My son has had extreme difficulty getting onto TSL, and had eventually gave up. now he's had to resort to cheating, like many many other non-US teens.

Not only will this allow you lindens to earn more money, but more publicity as well!

Unless you want the adult grid to be full of teenagers, then teen Sl has to be opened to the world.

Please, sort this issue, not file it,

There does not need to be additional registration methods, there just needs to be expansions on the existing ones. like Mobile numbers working for Non-US residents.

I got schooled tonight by a 13 year old girl in teen grid and the stupidity of this. After I praise the teen grid, she starts lecturing me on what teen has paypal, or a bank account for that matter, so its impossible for most to sign up for teen SL. Never new this was a requirement or I would never recommend it in the first place. Not many would make that hurdle. Well a total of zero that I know of, so a very small percentage I am guessing. Live and learn I guess. But we are leaving teens with no options but to lie to us, and place themselves in an inappropriate arena.

The issue of Teens outside of the US being able to Create accounts in SL (WEB-734) has been fixed. However as Blue stated above, we have no plans for new forms of verification at this time.
