Documentation on the use of the JIRA remains basic and while there are some tutorials, more would be useful. Of particular interest to me would be instructions on using sub-tasks (am I using it right?) and a deeper explanation of the organizational structure and guidelines for cleaning it up- i.e. uses of meta-issues, differences between "relates to" and "is related to," assigning issues to the proper category (and a link to JIRA issue to place links when you don't have those perms) and so on.
