Please create POL for Policy issues in Jira.

This came up at one of Rob Linden's office hours, when we were discussing the dev mailing list and other venues where licensing and policy could be discussed.

Can you please elaborate on what you mean by "policy"? I've heard some requests for support policy changes (like ~~MISC-92~~) before, would that encapsulate the same thing?

Policy would include:

Software Licensing Issues
TOS Interpretation Issues
Requests for fee restructuring

It would not be for personal disputes, conflict resolution, support requests, etc. Such things could be closed quickly.

Agreed, MISC is kind of a mixed bag, would be nice to have policy issues in a seperate place.
