 Description  « Hide
It has become apparent that there is a problem with the support process, in particular the "Manual Age Verification" team, where they are not reviewing tickets which have been re-opened, if they already have a solution assigned.

This is in relation to support ticket # : #: 4051-4496786

The avatar concerned was banned because the owner was suspected underage. He submitted his ID to prove his age, and was unbanned a week later, on the 22nd of February.

He re-opened the ticket on the same day, requesting further information. The ticket was ignored, it is now nearly a month since he reopened the ticket.

He has since been banned AGAIN as suspected underage (even though LL have seen his ID and he previously even completed the voluntary age verification scheme!)

He has since posted 7 comments on the ticket. He has phoned the billing support line, who have also posted comments.

There is a problem here. He has created a new ticket to solve his particular problem, however this issue needs to be fixed to prevent peoples issues from hanging in limbo.

Once on the same day I had two tickets resolved as needs more information. In both cases the information asked for had already been provided. I re-opened them immediately with repeats of the already existing information. After 4-6 weeks I finally asked Concierge Live Chat to kick some butts as they were not looked at after being re-opened the day they requested the information. This is an appalling level of customer support. The new CEO needs to install a butt-kicking machine.
