LL: I am filing this report on behalf of all SLX users. I dont' know where to file this--what category? It is Web Related so I am filing it here.

If you look at the SLX Forums-~~there must be over 100 separate entries~~-(many, many more if you count replies) that indicate
major and widespread failures of every kind of communication with SLX. Lots of money is being lost here, and some of it, from what it sounds like, has just gone missing. Deposits to SLX are taken out of LL accounts, but do not show up on
SLX. Withdrawals from SLX are taken out of SLX but do not show up in LL. Delevery problems of goods purchased by residents are occuring everywhere.

Personally I saw it start after the last series of updates--a day or so before or after Oct 23.

Please don't bounce this and tell people to file a report to SLX. EVERYBODY IS FILING SUPPORT REQUESTS WITH SLX!
We have no recource except to call your attention to it.

This is a duplicate of ~~SVC-29~~, which was filed by Apotheus Silverman himself, and has more votes. Please do some searchingf before opening issues in future.

Well two things. If JIRA itself was better designed and laid out and had a search that worked properly, it might help.

That post is also extremely teccie, and the average Joe user who is getting delivery failures will have not the slightest idea of what XMLRPC is and what it does.

Perhaps you might like to search for some manners before you next post.

It's hardly surprising people are getting turned off by the entire thing when Linden shuts down avenues of contact, replacing it by a complicated BETA of a nightmare that doesn't always work, and then get jerked off not by even a Linden, but by a snotty two bit nobody.

Hey wow! Offensive and bitter pulled off with great élan there!

Could you double check though that the SLX forum posts are current? As far as the rest of us know it's working fine now and SLX has released updated in-world product servers to help sort the problem out.

I suppose there may still be problems with people running old SLX boxes in world, but the last few purchases from mine appear to have been glitch free.
