Having to search for KB articles, or to browse the hierarchical tree of them is a PITA when you already know an article exists, and just want to look it up again or even tell someone else about it (like, if you're an SL Volunteer, or otherwise helping other residents). So I propose the following changes/additions:

• Permalinks to Articles
• No login (not even some 'guest' login) required to view Articles
• Don't use html-frames

As they're quite independent of each other I'll file a sub-issue about them, so they can be resolved separately. Also, they don't necessarily need to be implemented within the Parature support system, the knowledge base could very well reside on two different websites. (Although having two views of the KB around might confuse some people, even if the content is hard-sync'ed)
