1. Cover sheet should explain all data and only the data sheet should do this, any material like this in data sheets contaminates data.
2. First row should have name of data column.
3. Remove all extra rows and columns that do not contain data.
4. Align matched data, that relates to a single record, in a single record
-In the Population data sheets, years are not in same rows.
5. Data should be released in a widely generalized format that works with all databases or spreadsheets, tab delimited or CSV. -in another request -Key Web-210
6. Align Data fields, make sure that rows and columns are within same data region. -in another request -Key Web-184
7. Create standard template, add data even if it is zero, an example would be to show the same amount of countries and their names in every report.
8. Be consistent in data precision, use same amount of decimal points for every monthly report, do not round off excessively. April is an example of damaged numbers.
9. When a new statistic or analysis is introduced and that data is available in former monthly reports, reissue former reports to bring into alignment and allow trending.
10. Release reports in same area as the rest of Second Life's Economic Statistics, on Linden Labs website, not the blogs where they are difficult to locate.
11. Bring the data that is currently reported daily, in Economic Statistics, into the monthly reports: all of the metrics for land and islands are not in monthly.
12. In all land descriptions, meters should be used consistently, remove acres.
