Users who are refering friends have no stats relating for leads and conversions. This is not a very transparent way of operating such a scheme and not useful for those who are actively marketing SL.
A basic level of reporting would include:
Number of leads - Number of people who have clicked on links to the SL website via a URL with the referral tag
Number of sign ups - Number of people who have signed up free accounts
Number of conversions - Number of people who have signed up premium accounts.
These would be listed by date and NOT include and identifiable info about the lead.
The user would be able to filter the list by date ranges.
