Direct transactions to accounts from banks (such as direct transfers), Paypal (I know, already done), US banking system standard debit/credit card (that includes an option for the 3 digit security code on the back of the card), Pay by phone, eCheck, direct payment as account credit from a banking account (in other words, make a secure payment to an SL account and it is charged as a USD credit on thier account with LL).
