http://www.secondlife.com/password gives a list of the last ten items given/bought in world.

Many residents do not know of the existence of this, and may give a friend an item inworld whose name contains private or RL related information believing that that information will only be seen by themselves and said friend (e.g a RL photograph with a RL name in it), not realising that the name may be displayed to anyone resetting their password at that time.

Except for the chance that non-PG items might appear (nice call Aimee) I'd argue that this doesn't merit a "major" priority - I find it kinda hard to believe that somebody would sit there and refresh this screen over and over, hoping to catch some kind of RL data on a random resident from it.

Even if something did turn up and an evil user saw it, I think it's pretty unlikely that the transaction info would have enough data for the evil user to do anything with it.

I would, OTOH, vote to get rid of this display. Kinda freaked me out when I got told that I had to change my password then went to this page and saw a bunch of random transactions. Was fearing that I'd been hacked until I went to the real transaction page...

LOL, no worries meade. I bumped to Major cuz I refreshed 5 times and each time saw stuff like "condom dispenser" pop up which isn't too too bad...as well as a few things that made even me blush! LOL

This was just fixed by Cornelius Linden – specifically, Recent Transactions has been REMOVED. Watch for it to go live in a web push within the next few days, should be pretty quick.
