I subscribed to Clare Linden's contents by enabling email notifications at

Clare just posted a blog article, and I received multiple notifications. Right now, a notification is apparently being sent every time the article gets updated.
I noted the same behavious for other blog authors.
Notifications appear to be useful when there is a new post, or a comment - not a minor correction.
Authors should be free to modify their articles, to fix spelling and other minor issues, without fear of spamming people interested in their contents. If they make heavy changes to the article, they're probably going to say in a comment.
So, I think that by default no email notifications should be sent when a blog article is simply edited.
1) I received EIGHT email notifications today because of this article being updated:
Cyn Linden - "Update - Upcoming Changes for Adult Content".
https://blogs.secondlife.com/community/community/blog/2009/04/21/update--upcoming-changes-for-adult-content
-> Notifications should NOT include post updates by default.
2) I'm subscribed to Glenn Linden contents. I received an e-mail notification for each comment added here (these were comments added by users I'm not subcribed to):
"Linden Lab Use of Second Life" - by Glenn Linden
https://blogs.secondlife.com/community/grid/blog/2009/04/21/linden-lab-use-of-second-life
-> Notifications should NOT include comments made to articles by default
I will disable email notifications now until this is fixed.
