On https://blogs.secondlife.com/index.jspa, the "FEATURED" section often repeats its content, sometimes three or more times, when the window is reloaded. I've replicated this on Firefox (Linux and XP) and Chrome (on XP), so it's probably ubiquitous. Unfortunately, this doesn't happen every time, and I've not found any pattern in when it does and doesn't happen. I also once caught a complaint within the widget about being unable to render; no idea if that's related to the above problem or not. In that case, the widget's complaint went away with a reload. Perhaps should also mention that I'm one of the unlucky ones who get stuck with the retry connection problem (http://jira.secondlife.com/browse/WEB-982) with no recourse but to exit without saving a session. No idea if these problems are somehow related.
