• The bugs reported here are since the Second Life 1.21.6 (99587) Oct 14 2008 17:42:25 (Second Life Release) version.
  BUT
• The Second Life Release Candidate 1.21.5.9870 encountering the same problems.
  ( i tryed the old Second_Life_1-18-5-3 witch is also affected)
  AND
• The Hippo_OpenSim_Viewer 1.20.6.86975 encountering the same problems.
  WHILE
• The previous mandatory version does none create of these problems.
  IT WOULD MEAN
• The amendment witch creates the slow and disconnection problems, would be to seek server side and not viewer side.
  BUT :o)
• I tested to reinstall the Second_Life_1-20-17-98669 preview version which seems (to me) to be the only version that is not affected by the bug.

Description of observed problems :

1) From the build tool box, in the texture tab, when you click on the thumbnail to open textures picker, the window selector ask at least 30 to 45 seconds to be open, at best cases.

2) About once out of 5, pending opening of the textures window picker, it freezes for a minute, after this minute a message appears indicating that there was a disconnection of the simulator, proposing to close the viewer, the minimap was red.

3) Broadly speaking, this version seems to create much more slow to download textures, prims, freezes the camera so often.

I am aware that my operating system is old, but the previous version before the 1.21.6 (99587) one, did not create all these problems.
These problems since this new version, meant purely and simply for builders an inability to work.

LOG INFO :
I add below my logs, following a forced sim disconnection, after clicking the texture picker, as indicated above.
I have no crashe log because it is not a crash, but a disconnection.
