I can't TP, at all anywhere, ever..started after got version 1.21.6 and now on RC too..Tried re-downloading & evrything I could think of & nothing fixes..Help!?

The Issue is not with my system , sl fails to teleport me at all, I have tried everything it just says it can't complete at this time. It will not allow me to tp to any locations at all, I am stuck wherever sl finally let's me get to or can't leave my home location at all, the teleport never completes and you fall through the floor when it drops you back after the failed teleport.
