[#VWR-9715] Alot of my friends cannot "read" me or see me on even tho im on. I send IMS they get them but I appear offline to them. When they IM me back anyways, I dont get the messages until I have relogged (as offline messages).

This issue duplicates:

~~VWR-6356~~ When I try to create IMS or respond to IMS from others, they immediately appear offline and I get a message they are offline when they are actually online

~~MISC-1682~~ when in Osato were we own land it shows you as off line, you can not get im while in the region I have tried several spots in the region but when some one come in we can see each others IMs and chat it is also showing to others that i am off line

have seen this lately as well, may be related to the upcoming mono, the sim i live/work on and the one nearby are running different server software versions, if both are not running the newer version anyone on the older sim software version appears offline and all inventory/chat are delivered upon next login, inventory usually blank as well.

Pip, please post a Ticket with Support for account-specific help http://secondlife.com/support/
This will help Support to identify if there is an issue with a particular region you are in.

Please also comment on the make of router and your ISP

My friends see me as offline, and when they try to IM me, their IMs are not delievered until i relog. I have tried to clear my cache, ect, but this doesnt seem to work. This issue is not limited to just one sim, this issue sometimes spontaneously resolves when i relog, but always returns, I am running on windows XP.
