~~MISC-1644~~ There seems to be problems with the friends online list - people who are online are showing as offline, even though I'm stood next to them. I am stood talking to them but they aren't on my list. I've asked and apparently I don't show up for them as online

i cannot view or contact friends on my list. I also cannot send IM's or voice chat. I am sorry if this is a duplicate. i have searched but have not found this in the lists'.

Can you move around and teleport? It sounds like you've partially logged in, which is the usual reason for this, and is caused by a bad internet connection.

please run the DirectX Diagnostic Tool
Vista: Click Start > (in start search) Type dxdiag > Click on the programme > Save All Information.

Bryce, are you using a wired or wireless connection? this happens more frequently on wireless. if you're on a wired internet try increasing your bandwidth. If that doesn't work I would contact customer support.
