It would be useful if the permissions request dialog opened by a call to llRequestPermissions() provided buttons to mute (auto-reject all further permissions requests), return to inventory, and delete (return to inventory under "Trash") buttons. This means that if a griefing script attempts to spam permission requests, it can be dealt with from the dialog it is spamming, rather than the user having to reject the request and then separately deal with the object.

It sounds good, I would just comment that the Return to Inventory and Send to Trash options are nearly identical. It may make sense to have one or the other, but having both could clutter up the dialog and prove confusing. You could always pull the item out of the trashcan if you wanted to examine it.
