I have had this issue arrise several times as well once while Kyle Linden was present. We were trying to fix my inventory and then the gestures botle necked it. We deleted some of the gestures and then it was ok for a short while then the rest I have are no copy and they are now bottle necking it. You have to relog and relog and relog and relog continueally to get your inventory to load after clearing cache every time. Im unsure what is causing this nor was Kyle sure of the cause he told me to go ahead ad post here. But the gestures just say unable to load then it bottle necks up meaning basically it just stops loading. It still says fetched but is not fetching any further items.

Interesting. I've noticed my inv has at times been slower to load on 1.21 after clearing cache, too. Sometimes I'll have to do what you did and relog multiple times to get it to load fully (it's a large inv, about 50K items). I don't get any "unable to load gesture" messages, though.
