I tried searching for this issue but couldn't find it anywhere.

Just trying out the release candidate and noticed that if you start editing an object then take a snap shot with Fullscreen preview turned on then the tools window vanishes but you can still select objects around you, to stop selecting things you must re-open the tools window and close it again.

I looked at the effects on some other windows such as the inventory and communication windows and nothing happens to them.

Repro:
Edit an object or click the build button so the tools windows opens.

File > Take Snapshot

Make sure the Freeze Frame (Fullscreen preview) check box is checked.

Close the snapshot window or uncheck the Fullscreen preview check box so the snapshot effect stops.

See how the tools window is no more.

This repros for me. Edit floater disappears, but object is still highlighted and selection bean still visible.
