As a mentor I help on HI a lot (before on OI). It struck me that most newbies immediately go into APPEARANCE and there ruin the new made avatars within minutes. I made a new ava myself and found out what they see. In the help window they see: to change your avatars appearance , r-click the avatar, chose appearance. In my opinion it could be phrased better: to change your clothing, shoes, hair skin (make-up or facial hair), use your INVENTORY. To change your body use appearance. Just a minor change but in my opinion a big help for newbies.
