OGP Beta: Viewer does not populate Region URL dropdown in login screen
The URL history is agent specific, If Firstname/Lastname is blank, the Region URLs will not be populated. If the login panel creation doesn't have a saved Firstname/Lastname, it can't load the appropriate agent url_history.xml.
