This issue duplicates:

VWR-1607 Ability to log out back to the welcome / log in screen instead of having to quit

Description

Add the ability to Exit Second Life to the Login Screen, instead of Closing the Second Life Viewer totally, and Re openning.

Log out to Main Login screen for easy Relog and Changing between accounts.
