 Description  « Hide
Hello, about two weeks I have a problem with clothing. Almost anythig my avatar wear makes her hands, legs and foot completely in the colour of clothes. Even my avatar has on a t-shirt with short sleeves, her hands are full coloured, same with a pants. I have two computers and from both I see the same.

Other people see my avatar like this too. Only when I go to appearance they see me correct (I still see my avatar wrong), but when I close the dialog, they see my avatar bad again.

I tryed to clean my cash, I unistalled SL and completely erased from %appdata%\... Nothing helped me.

Interesting, the usual issue I see reported is clothing/skins taking textures off the environment, not skins taking textures off of clothing. It's only clothing that this happens with?

Hi ..I happen to know Andie's issue ..yes its just certain clothing that does this to her ..I wonder if its a similar reason as the environment issue you mention? ..What causes that?

Thank you

I had a 'similar' problem with a Skin recently... I'm curious , do you have any Nail Polish on your skin? I removed mine entirely and the issue went away.

It was almost as if the skin was taking the nail polish color flag, saying it should use it, but the color from the clothes.. and ten applying it to the entire upper torso area. (oddly it didn't touch the face or lower body).

I have a similar problem with boots and boot bases turning my entire legs black. Nothing works to fix it, none of the usual tricks.

I have also for the last two weeks had problems with my clothing. It changes shape, miniskirts gets below knees, tops gets sleeves, pants changes color if I wear another color boots, my arms, hands, legs and feet get the same color the dress/pants I wear. Other residents see me wrong too.
I use SL 1.20.15 .... have tried to uninstall and reinstall .. also tried the Release Candidate version .... same problem.
I have cleared the casche.

It looks like the alpha masking done during the baking process is failing.
