VWR-6328 Request for "Tools" menu to not auto-hide.

VWR-7996 on RC11 as of this morning 9:20AM SLT 30June2008 I no longer have the "Tools" pull down option... cannot even reset scripts? (I hate that this jira doesn't give Me an option when I hit enter to confirm)
