In order to support multiple skins/themes in the installed viewer of Second Life, the defining art and XML colors will need to live as separate folders in a new set place. Currently the /SecondLife/skins/ folder contains some things which would be needed across all skins; and some other important color definitions need to be moved here from the /SecondLife/app_settings folder.
