I'm attaching the xml files and artwork I use in my classic skin (http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Viewer_Skins/Classic_Look) for RC10 as my contribution. The only difference between my skin and the official classic skin is that I use a modified version of texture_tab.tga instead of rounded_square.tga for panel_bg_tab.xml since it gives more room, but I can revert that too if you'd like. Feel free to ping me if you spot anything I might have missed, or could do better.

Thank you for contributing your skin, McCabe! Linden Lab made an internal decision to implement the choice for the Classic look in the 1.20 Viewer. So we will be working on this with haste
