Viewer meses up the whole gird after some minuites in a place, a teleport solves it temporary

Whenever I teleport ot a place everything's just ok for a few minuites, than everything goes as wierd as on the attached screenshots. They fix for another short amount of time after teleporting somewhere else or a farther part of the sim. I heard that this could be a problem with any kinds of ATI chipset videocards, so i grabbed my old ATI card and gave it a go. It was the same, but with an older Nvidia chipset card, there was no problem at all =S

Does disabling VBO (Edit, Preferences, Graphics, check "Custom", Hardware Options) make any difference?
